Ms Alaka samantaray is a lecturer in the area of Marketing . she is an MBA with specialisation in Marketing and System from IBCS, Bhubaneswar. She is pursuing her Ph.d programme in Marketing under Utkal University ,on the topic “Measurement of Customer Satisfaction :An Empirical Study in FMCG Sector” .She has about seven years of teaching experience in Marketing Management.
