Prof. Ayasa Kanta Mohanty is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management at Institute of Business and Computer Studies, under Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. He is doing his Ph.D on “Examining the effect of Organization Culture and Leadership Behaviours on Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance at Small and Middle –Sized firms of Orissa.” under Utkal University.
