Mr. Bibhuti Bhusan Mishra, working as a Lecturer, Systems & Information Technology Dept. in the Institute of Business and Computer Studies (IBCS), Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Bhubaneswar. He has done his MBA & LLB degree from Utkal University after completion of his Graduation (B.Sc.) from the same University. He has Pursuing his PhD. work since 2006, in Sambalpur University, on the area “Information Technology Adoption: An empirical study of Small and Medium Enterprises in Orissa”. Prior to that, he had completed his MCA degree from IGNOU. He has more than Eleven years of teaching experience. Prior to this assignment i.e. teaching the IT and related papers to MBA students for more than Four & ½ years in this institute, he has teaching experience of more than Six years dealing with the MCA, B Tech. & MBA students in some other institutes. Apart from his teaching assignment, he is currently associated with some research and development activities in the area of technology adoption in business enterprises.

Pursuing Ph.D since 2006, at Sambalpur University, in the Department of Business Administration, on the field of Management Information Systems (MIS) and E-Commerce & E-Business applications in the Business Enterprises. The Research title is Information Technology Adoption: An empirical study of Small and Medium Enterprises in Orissa. The Ph.D. Thesis was submitted in the Year 2010.
