Mr. Bibhuti Bhusan Mishra, currently working as a Lecturer, Systems in the Institute of Business and Computer Studies, Bhubaneswar. He has done his MBA & LLB degree from Utkal University after completion his Graduation (B.Sc.) from the same University. He has Pursuing his PhD work since 2005, at Sambalpur University, on “ Information Technology Adoption: An empirical study of Small and Medium Enterprises in Orissa ”. Prior to that, he had completed his MCA degree from IGNOU . He has more than eleven years of teaching experience. He activities.is also currently associated in some research and development
