Objectives

  • To promote the art and science of HR Management for     the benefit of the  students 
  • To provide a national and international collective voice on HR issues.
  • To be recognized as the professional body and leading authority and influence in the HR field in IBCS.
  • To uphold the highest ideals in HR Management, enhancing the recognition and Value of our profession.
  • To serve the professional interests of members, by enhancing members' ability to demonstrate professional competence through personal development and growth.

  • Encouraging members to take a global and strategic perspective in support of their development as organizational leaders.

1.Workshop on “The New Age HR” in collaboration with NIPM on 30.07.10(Photo no-2)

2.Seminar on “Entrepreneurship Development” in collaboration with NHRD on 14.08.10(Photo no-10)

3.Seminar on “Relevance of Bhagabata Gita in Management”, lecture delivered by Swami Sadananda Saraswati of Chinmaya Mission on 3.9.10
