Dr.Madhuchhanda Mohanty is working asAssistant Professorin the area ofHuman Resource Management in Institute of Business and Computer Studies. She has doneher PM & IR and L.L.B from Utkal University after completing her Bsc. (Chemistry) from the same University. She has done her PhD on “Effectiveness of Human Resource Information System: A study in Nalco” under Utkal university. She has more than eight years of industry & teaching experience. She iscurrentlyundergoing some research projects in the field of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. She is a life member of National HRD Network. |
