| Brief Profile |
Dr. Prataprudra Parida is working as a Professor in the area of Human Resource Management in the Institute of Business and Computer Studies. Dr. Parida has done his Post Graduation and M. Phil. in Psychology from the Center of Advanced Study in Psychology at Utkal University in 1981 and 1983 respectively. He is credited with a successful completion of Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the National Labour Institute, Delhi in the year 1986, before being awarded with Ph.D for his thesis titled “Factors Related to Managerial Effectiveness” from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 1991. He has an administrative and academic experience of more than 17 years at North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology, Itanagar in various capacities since 1991. Apart from being the member of All India Management Association, Dr. Parida has Lifetime Membership of such professional bodies as Indian Academy of Applied Psychology, Indian Society of Technical Education and Indian Academy of Social Sciences. |
