Dr. Shamita Mohanty is working as Lecturer in the area of Human Resource Management in Institute of Business and Computer Studies under Siksha ‘O' Anusandhan University . She has done her MBA from Utkal University with specialization in Human Resource Management & Marketing Management after completing her BHMS from the same University. She has more than three years of Industry & Six years of teaching experience to MBA students. Presently, she is undergoing her Ph.D on “A Study on Job Satisfaction in Airport Authority of India ” under Utkal University , Bhubaneswar .
