Ms. Tapati Nandy is currently working as a faculty in Human Resource Management at Institute of Business and Computer Studies (IBCS). She has a rich experience of around 12 years in Service Industry and Academics. Prior to joining IBCS, she was working at School of Hotel Management (SOA University) in the position of HOD Front Office. She was an active member of the Board of studies along with leading the Examination Committee. With an extensive 5 years industry exposure in Hospitality Industry, she ventured into teaching with Ranjita Institute of Hotel Management (a sister concern of C.V.Raman College of Engineering) in the year 2003. She has a rich International exposure at the Algonquin College, Canada through a faculty exchange program conducted by RIHC. She has been a facilitator for several Management Development Training Programs with Union Bank of India and Allahabad Bank. She brings with her exceptional communication skills, astute people management experiences and practical know-how on Human Capital Development. She is currently pursuing her research in Importance of Employee Relations under the SOA University.
