| Brief Profile |
Ms Tapati Nandy, currently working in the faculty of Human Resource comes in with a rich experience of nearly 1.5 decade. Her professional expertise includes a balanced mix of both industry and academia focused on Human Capital Development. An HR professional having experience on the various facets of HR ranging from corporate training to HR consultancy and soft skills enhancements. She has a rich International exposure at the Algonquin College, Canada through a faculty exchange program. She also has been a facilitator for several Management Development Training Programs with Union Bank of India and Allahabad Bank. She brings in exceptional communication skills, astute people management experiences and practical know-how on Employee Development and organizational culture enhancement. Ms. Nandy is currently pursuing her research on Employee Relations under SOA University.
